Our Step-by-Step Admissions Process

To ensure every patient receives the highest standard of personalized care, we have developed a comprehensive, six-step admissions pathway:

  1. Submit a Referral: Initiating the admissions process is straightforward. Referrals can be submitted via email or telephone by the prospective patient, a family member, a clinician, a referring physician, or a designated legal representative.

  2. Comprehensive Assessment: Upon receiving a referral, a dedicated Admission Specialist will carefully evaluate the patient’s medical history and current circumstances. This ensures that the patient's specific needs align closely with our admittance criteria and capabilities.

  3. On-Site Consultation: To guarantee a highly personalized approach, a Neu Living Clinical Liaison will arrange to visit with you on-site. During this consultation, we will discuss tailored rehabilitation strategies and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the recovery journey.

  4. Facility Tour: We actively encourage prospective patients and their loved ones to experience our healing environment firsthand. Guided tours of our facility are available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00. If you require a weekend visit, please let us know, and we will gladly make special arrangements.

  5. Clinical Review: Following the assessment and consultations, our Clinical Program Director will conduct a thorough review. They will determine which of our specialized programs will provide the most effective treatment and yield the best possible clinical outcomes for the patient.

  6. Acceptance and Scheduling: Once a tailored program has been finalized, our admissions team will formally accept the referral and work closely with you to schedule a convenient and timely admission date.
